Number One Reason to Join Reviva

Contractors receive a guaranteed supply of work under the agreement, measured by both the number of pools and total pool volume, with applicable refund protections.

Reviva supplies the work. You build the business.

A Growing Restoration Market

Across Australia, fibreglass, concrete and ex-liner pools are ageing, fading and deteriorating. Many owners want a practical restoration solution rather than replacing the entire pool.

THE REVIVA CONTRACTOR OPPORTUNITY

What Is Included

Guaranteed work supply, all on-site training, an initial equipment package, restoration materials and the flexibility to build and grow your own independent business.

2

All Training and Ongoing Support

All initial training is conducted on-site at real pool restoration projects.

Trainees learn by participating in actual restorations, including:

  • pool preparation
  • restoration methods
  • chemicals and coatings
  • specialised tools and equipment
  • safe work practices
  • application methods
  • clean-up
  • customer handover
  • quality and completion requirements

Training is led by Mark Bagby, one of Australia’s leading practical fibreglass pool restoration trainers, with more than 30 years of real-world restoration experience and an exceptional depth of knowledge gained from restoring and teaching the restoration of real pools.

Ongoing support includes:

  • practical training manuals
  • documented work procedures
  • telephone support with Mark Bagby
  • technical troubleshooting
  • further guidance where required
  • site visits where reasonably required for technical, practical or quality issues
3

All Initial Tools and Equipment Supplied — Except the Vehicle

Reviva supplies the initial specialised tools and equipment package needed to become operational.

The contractor supplies a suitable registered and insured vehicle.

After the equipment is supplied, the contractor is responsible for safe storage, maintenance, repair and eventual replacement.

The initial equipment package includes items such as:

  • grinder and grinding discs
  • submersible pump and pool hose
  • props and support boards
  • roller cages, handles and poles
  • wet/dry vacuum
  • blower, broom and cleaning tools
  • extension leads and power box
  • scrapers, spatulas and hand tools
  • initial safety equipment and first-aid items
4

Build and Market Your Own Independent Business

From day one, contractors can establish, advertise and grow their own independent pool restoration business under their own business name and branding.

They can:

  • promote their own services
  • find their own customers
  • quote and complete independently sourced work
  • retain the income generated by their own business
  • use the general restoration skills and practical knowledge developed through training

Independently sourced work remains separate from Reviva Pool work and must not use Reviva’s branding, customer information or marketing material.

Two pathways for growth:

Reviva-allocated work under the contractor agreement.

Independently sourced work secured through the contractor’s own business.

5

All Restoration Materials Supplied — Except Consumables

Reviva supplies the chemicals, coatings and restoration materials required for Reviva-allocated work and accepted additional Reviva work.

The contractor is responsible for ordinary consumables and normal operating expenses, including:

  • gloves
  • masks
  • ordinary PPE
  • cleaning items
  • minor replacement tools
  • fuel
  • travel costs
  • other ordinary consumables and incidental items
6

Opportunity to Receive More Work

When Reviva has additional projects available, contractors may be offered work beyond the contracted allocation.

The contractor:

  • does not pay another opportunity fee for this work
  • may choose whether to accept or decline it
  • is paid for accepted and completed work under the contractor payment schedule, unless otherwise agreed in writing
7

Employ Staff or Use Approved Subcontractors

Contractors can employ properly trained and competent staff.

Reviva-vetted or approved subcontractors may also perform Reviva work with prior written approval.

Reviva may review the training, experience and competency of employees and subcontractors.

The contractor remains responsible for the quality, conduct and safety of their team.

8

Move the Business

A contractor may request to relocate and continue the arrangement in another area, provided:

  • Reviva has a presence or sufficient work capability in the proposed location
  • the new location can be supported by Reviva’s work-sourcing model
  • Reviva approves the move in writing
  • any changes to the operating area are formally documented
9

Sell or Transfer the Remaining Contract

The contractor may propose transferring the remaining contract to a suitable third party.

Any transfer requires:

  • Reviva Pool’s prior written approval
  • the proposed purchaser meeting Reviva’s suitability requirements
  • a formal assignment or novation
  • the incoming contractor or nominated trainee completing a new Reviva training program
  • payment of the applicable new training and onboarding costs
  • all outstanding obligations under the existing agreement being addressed
